About Harties Foundation NPC (HF)
Harties Foundation NPC was founded through the passion and vision of Mr. Rudy Joles, resulting in the creation of a collective movement for the greater good. Harties Foundation NPC is a registered Non-Profit Company (NPC) and Public Benefit Organization (PBO) as well as BBBEE Level 1 status, dedicated to the betterment of society, with a particular focus on the environment and its people. Based in the North West Province, Harties Foundation NPC has developed a national footprint, driving initiatives centered on job creation, local economic development, and community empowerment. At the forefront of its mission, Harties Foundation NPC embraces innovation and sustainability, collaborating with key role players to introduce cutting-edge waste beneficiation and circular economy technologies, which are set to be rolled out and implemented in the new future.

Our VISION is to create a community where ecology, economy and society are moving towards sustainable balance, in support of each other. To create an economic enabling environment for growth, SMME development and job creation. To create a All-Inclusive Community that care for, invest in and uplift in itself, the environment and all it’s people.
Our MISSION is by addressing the ecological sustainability of waterbodies across South Africa through collaborative efforts and long-term management strategies. Building solid partnerships between government, private-sector and business and where Harties Foundation NPC will provide the conduit and enabling platform. Driving infrastructure investment, job-creation and social upliftment.
